Coffee is a very popular drink around the world. People drink it at all times of the day. There are several kinds of coffee, but Iam how going to describe how instant coffee is produced.

First, the coffee beans are picked from the trees and dried in the sun. Then, the beans are roasted and the cooled rapidly before being ground. The beans are then mixed with hot water and the mixture is strained before it is frozen. Finally, the frozen mixture is ground and then dried in a vacuum before it is packed into jars.

Instant coffee is not quite as good as real coffee, but it is very popular and saves a lot  of times. The manufactures have done most of the steps for us.

Building a road is a sensitive project to do. There are many steps to prepare before building it, if you want to master you job.

The first step is; Count the number of vehicles using existing roads in the area. So you can know how wide you will build the road. Second is the plan. For sure you must plan the route of the new road before submitting it to the approval to relevant authorities. After that clear the route of houses, trees, shrubs by using a bulldozer and flatten the ground. You can't do these steps if you didn't get the approval. This is very important for people's safety if not accidents will happen. Finally check the road for defects, after checking well, you can open the road.

" Time is like a knife these days. If you don't cut it, it will cut you off ", said a fast food addict. However, what does he mean? Is it right to consider fast food restaurants the best choice because of time? What about health issues? In this essay I would like to share my point of view on the subject of comparing and contrasting fast food restaurant's food with home cooked meals.

There are two types of choices. On the first hand, in discussing fast food restaurants, disadvantages are found if compared to home cooked meals. Home prepared meals are safer as the ingredients and tools used for preparations are your own cooking devices, example: new cooking oil, clean knives, and so on. Also, restaurants the process for food preparation is behind walls. People being served the food cooked might wonder if these kitchens are clean or not? Or if healthy clean oil is used as restaurants are known to use the oil many times for less expense. Fast food restaurants can also cause slow death which is known as obesity or over-weight. In home cooking you can follow a healthier diet with lower price and expenses.

Overall, home cooking food will always be the best choice. But you all have your choices and interests. I wish you all a healthy life and healthy living.

How to change a flat tyre ?

First of all, I will introduce for you how to change a flat tyre. Moreover, I will outline the steps we need to use to make it in process.


In changing a flat tyre, make sure you have all the tools, and got a fixed spare tyre. After that the steps come. First of all, make sure you park on a safe place and on a flat floor which is ruf like a road but not sand. Then turn on the emergency blinkers of the car. After that for more safety putting the reflective triangle on the back of the car so people can see you. Next, untie the bolts of the flat tyre. After that use the jake and make sure its in the right place. Life up the car so the tyre will be easy to remove. Then remove the bolts and tyre. After that put the spare tyre in and just put in the bolts. Put the car back down, remove the jake. Finally tie the bolts and Take away all the emergency usage. ( reflective triangle, emergency blinkers ).


These are the steps and the correct way to change a flat tyre. Follow these steps correctly and you will be ready for any sudden emergency such as this.

How to Drive an ATV from Al Sharjah to Ras Al Khaima ( Personal Adventure ) ?

I would like to share with you a personal adventure and the most important steps to do it. There are many steps which i'll go through to accomplish the adventure.

First of all, check the engine, fuel and extra stops for more safety. Second, make sure you have a good teamwork and drivers to read hand-signs of sudden stops and such things. Then make sure you wear your full safety suit. Recommended are Helmet, boots, gloves and glasses. They are really important to prevent bad weather and accidents. Finally, you have to prepare a route just in case you get separated from your group and even a GPS will be helpful.

This adventure was very exciting and interesting. It's easy for you to do if you follow the instructions and steps.

Hi there, My name is Yousef Homaid. I came from a local family. My father was a sailor. However my Mom is a Bedouin. I've been raised on many facts. I was born in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and I am the youngest sibling and I am 20 years old. I am not married yet although  it's in progress. I have many different hobbies which are related to my father and mom. I like sailing, fishing, jet-skiing in summer, but in winter I like ATV's, camels and such things.
